（路透首爾20日電）北韓今天重申，它不會放棄核子武器。儘管北韓表示願意磋商裁武，不過這番話等於拒絕了美國所提，雙方恢復對話的條件。
北韓在可能終結朝鮮半島數週來敵對情勢高張的跡象中，表示願與美國和南韓恢復對談，唯附有若干條件，包括取消聯合國對北韓的制裁。美國隨即說，美方等待北韓方面的「明確信號」，也就是北韓願終止其核武活動。北韓機關報「勞動新聞」撰文評論說：「在全世界撤除核子武器之前，美國不該妄談朝鮮半島的非核化。」文中說：「朝鮮民主主義人民共和國或有可能跟美國磋談裁武，但不會涉及非核化。」中央社(翻譯)
